Working with clients across Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Indonesia, Nawasena combines storytelling, strategy, and visual production to bring stories to life. As we continue to grow our presence in Indonesia, particularly in Payung Sekaki, Pekanbaru, Riau, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist/Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with international clients and contribute to the development of our brand's online presence and engagement strategies.

The Digital Marketing Specialist/Social Media Strategist at Nawasena Creative Studio will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key responsibilities include creating and managing social media content, analyzing audience behavior, optimizing social media platforms for better performance, and implementing digital advertising strategies using Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will also assist in crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience, ensuring all communications align with Nawasena’s brand identity. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities in digital marketing and social media, while maintaining a focus on driving measurable results.

We are looking for candidates who can bring a fresh perspective and a passion for digital marketing to our team. The position is available on a hybrid basis, allowing flexibility between remote work and office visits. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and we seek individuals with between 1 and 3 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, content writing, social media management, Meta Ads, content marketing, and content strategy.
