Social Media Strategist

As the Digital Marketing Specialist and Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement across various platforms. Your key duties will include managing social media channels, particularly TikTok, to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience, as well as overseeing paid advertising efforts through Google Ads to maximize reach and conversion. You will also analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to refine strategies, collaborate on content marketing initiatives, and ensure that all visual assets are professionally edited to maintain high brand standards.

We welcome applications from candidates who hold an SMA or SMK education level and possess between one and three years of relevant experience in the field. The ideal applicant will demonstrate proficiency in a diverse set of skills including Marketing Communications, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media management, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Image Editing, Content Marketing, and Content Strategy. This position is available on a HYBRID work arrangement, allowing you to balance your responsibilities effectively while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional coffee and snacks rooted in Indonesian culture.
