Social Media Staff

We are looking for a creative Social Media Officer to drive engaging content, campaigns, and digital communication.

Job Description:

• Ensure the overall planning, arrangement, and implementation of social media activities.
• Develop and implement social media content plans and strategies aligned with the organization’s communication and branding objectives.
• Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including written, visual, and video content.
• Produce and edit high-quality videos, reels, short-form content, and other multimedia materials for social media and promotional purposes.
• Build strong and effective cooperation with other departments to support content creation, campaigns, events, and overall organizational objectives.
• Support the promotion of organizational activities, events, programs, and campaigns through relevant social media content.
• Perform other duties related to social media management, digital content creation, and communication as required.

Qualifications:

• Candidate preferably possesses a bachelor’s or master’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Creative Media, or any related major.
• Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation.
• Proficient in video editing and multimedia content production.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in event planning, coordination, and execution.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to develop engaging and relevant content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.
• Having excellent English Proficiency is mandatory.
