Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work flexibly and stay responsive when needed.
- Strong in social media strategy and content planning.
- Creative mindset with a good understanding of social trends, analytics, and content performance.
- Experienced in Google Sheets for planning, reporting and performance tracking.
- Familiar with Google Analytics and Website Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Meta (Instagram & Facebook analytics & ads) and TikTok Studio & Ads.
- Familiar with social media and analytics tools (ER, Social Blade, Hootsuite or similar).
- Able to turn performance data and audience insights into clear improvements.
- Capable of leading content ideation, managing campaigns, and guiding junior team members.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop content directions and social media strategies based on brand objectives.
- Create and oversee content across social media platforms.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support campaign proposals and digital pitching materials.
