- Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, in accordance with the established objectives.
- Develop content plans, upload content (feed & stories), and implement social media strategies based on market research.
- Analyze social media data and metrics, and prepare regular reports.
- Actively communicate and build relationships with clients.
- Collaborate closely with the content creator team to produce content that aligns with the client's brand identity.
- Conduct quality control on content before publication.
- Have a strong interest in the food & beverage and hospitality industries.
Work System: Hybrid (6 days a week) – 2 days Work from Office (WFO), 4 days Work from Anywhere (WFA). Public holidays are off.
