Social Media Specialist

Qualification:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably within a F&B / Retail Company
3. Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms, familiarity with social media management tools
4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
5. Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas and content that resonate with target audiences.
6. Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools to assess performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
7. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Tasks & responsibilities:

1. Analyzing social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve our social media strategy.
3. Trend Research: Up to date to content marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
4. Handle KOL for our social media platforms.
5. Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build relationships with the online community.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with other Team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.

4. Always follow up and update.
