Social Media Specialist

Job Description

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with marketing goals and brand objectives.
• Create, curate, and manage viral engaging content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity to inform content creation and strategy.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a positive online community.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on cross-channel initiatives, including product launches and promotions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1 years of experience in social media management
• Experienced working in front of camera is a ++
• Experienced in making social experiment content is a ++
• Have a content portofolio is a ++
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with the beauty industry and personal care is a ++
