Social Media Specialist

Pantry Magic is looking for a Social Media Specialist to own our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other channels end to end — from what we post and why, to how we talk to our community, to how our paid campaigns perform. This is a full-ownership role: you'll set the strategy and also do the hands-on work of running it.

What You'll Do

• Own the social media strategy across platforms — content pillars, posting cadence, and campaign calendar

• Plan and execute content

• Write captions, scripts, and copy that fit each platform and match Pantry Magic's voice

• Manage day-to-day community engagement — replying to comments and DMs, monitoring sentiment, flagging issues

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking

• Report on key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and adjust strategy based on what's working

• Stay on top of platform trends and identify opportunities relevant to Pantry Magic's audience

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience running social media for a brand, ideally in retail, F&B, or consumer products

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) with a grasp of budgeting and performance metrics

• Strong writing skills and a good sense of what content performs on each platform

• Comfortable owning a channel end-to-end — planning, posting, engaging, and reporting

• Data-driven: able to read performance metrics and translate them into next steps

• Based in or able to work on-site in Jakarta

Nice to Have

• Basic photo/video shooting and editing skills for quick-turn content

• Experience working alongside a designer or in-house creative team

• Familiarity with the retail or food & beverage space in Indonesia
