What You’ll Do
- Develop monthly content plans and manage daily posting schedules across social platforms.
- Spot trends early and turn them into relevant content ideas for FMCG brands.
- Write captions and refine messaging based on each brand’s tone of voice.
- Manage social accounts end-to-end: uploads, optimization, community interactions, and engagement.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and turn data into actionable insights.
- Produce weekly & monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with Creative, Production, Project, Account teams to ensure smooth content flow.
- Ensure all content is high-quality, on-brand, and aligned with brief & platform guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience as a Social Media Specialist (agency experience is a big plus).
- Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram culture.
- Sharp trend sensitivity and ability to translate insights into content ideas.
- Excellent writing & communication skills.
- Solid sense of visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and other social media tools.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving digital environment.
