WE’RE HIRING — Social Media Specialist
Grogol, West Jakarta | Full-time, WFO
LEKA is home to several fast-growing consumer brands across home electronics (LEKA), travel gear (LEKAGo), oral care (Veska), and pet care (LEKA Paws). We’re looking for a Product Developer who can combine product insight, market understanding, and cross-team communication to help shape high-performing products across our ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Create engaging video content for social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok).
- Develop content concepts aligned with brand strategy, campaigns, and current trends.
- Handle end-to-end content production: concepting, shooting, and editing.
- Appear in front of the camera for product reviews, tutorials, and storytelling content.
- Collaborate closely with Social Media, Brand, and Creative teams.
- Support brand campaigns, product launches, and on-ground/offline events when needed.
- Monitor and evaluate content performance (reach, engagement, views).
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator or similar role (lifestyle/travel/e-commerce preferred)
- Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
- Creative, proactive, and open to feedback
- Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environmen
- Proficient in basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or similar)

- Able to create engaging short-form video content for social media
- Familiar with social media insights and content performance analysis
