Social Media Strategist Full-Time
This role owns that thinking for VISUWISU's Jakarta-facing clients and in-house social media channels. You will read client data, decide what it actually says, and turn a dataset into a content plan someone could actually shoot.
Responsibilities
- Read client performance data and normalize it into decision-ready metrics tied to business objectives, not just report totals
- Flag data that should not be trusted without verification, and know what decision it would change
- Develop and maintain recurring content programs: fixed format, consistent identity, fresh topic per episode
- Build monthly content plans and episode calendars under real production constraints
- Present strategy and results directly to Jakarta clients, defending recommendations with data
- Brief videographers, editors, and designers on program specs
- Set and track one clear success metric per program, with a threshold for changing course
Requirements
Must have
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Social Media Specialist or Strategist
- Based in Jakarta, or able to relocate before starting
- Proven ability to draw defensible conclusions from raw performance data, not just describe it
- Experience building or managing recurring content formats, not only single-post campaigns
- Comfortable presenting and defending strategy live, without a script
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

- Agency or in-house experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience planning content around a product launch with no existing assets
