Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and energetic Social Media Specialist to help capture and grow the Beer on Wheels brand across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
You will create engaging content that showcases the atmosphere, guests, onboard moments, and unique “Jump In!” experience of Beer on Wheels Bali.

Key Responsibilities
* Create photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reels
* Capture onboard party moments, guest interactions, and events
* Edit short-form videos with engaging hooks, subtitles, transitions, and trending audio
* Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas regularly with the Social Media Manager
* Follow social media trends and adapt them to the Beer on Wheels brand
* Coordinate with hosts, guests, and operations team during content shooting
* Assist in planning content schedules and campaign ideas
* Create content that increases engagement, reach, bookings, and brand awareness
* Ensure content aligns with Beer on Wheels’ retro, playful, and energetic branding

Requirements
* Male or Female, 18–30 years old
* Skilled in mobile videography and/or camera operation
* Able to edit using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, or similar apps/software
* Understand Facebook, Instagram Reels, and viral content trends
* Creative, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced environments
* Comfortable interacting with guests and appearing on camera if needed
* Basic English communication is preferred
* Able to work during afternoon/evening operations and events
* Portfolio or social media works is highly preferred
