Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute engaging content across Instagram and TikTok
- Support in developing social media strategy aligned with Glowies’ brand values and marketing goals
- Manage a content calendar, including campaigns, product launches, and community initiatives
- Ensure content quality and consistency in visual and written formats
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness
- Stay updated with digital culture, Gen Z trends, and beauty industry insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Creative, KOL/Influencer) to run integrated campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Creative Media, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital content, or related roles (beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industry preferred)
- Skilled in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Creative storytelling with a data-driven mindset
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and feminine aesthetics
- Good knowledge of TikTok trends, Gen Z culture, and influencer collaborations
- Confident on camera and comfortable appearing in video content
