Qualifications :
- Female with minimum 2-3 years of experience as a social media specialist, content strategist or similar roles (experience in fashion, kids, or baby industries
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major / any field of study (Communication, Marketing, or related fields are a plus
- Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms and analytical skills to read social media metrics and turn data into actionable strategies
- Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts (engagement, followers, and brand awareness)
- Passionate and love to caring and engaging with babies and young children in both online and offline activities
Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop, and execute the monthly social media content calendar for kids swimwear brands
- Manage day to day operations of social media platforms (posting, copywriting/captioning, and community management/interacting with
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creator, or external talents/influencers to produce high quality visual content
- Monitor social media trends, viral topics, and competitor activities to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance (reach, engagement, growth) on a weekly/monthly basis to optimize future strategies
