About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to develop engaging content, manage social media platforms, and strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create engaging social media content, including videos, graphics, carousels, and captions.
2. Manage content calendars, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
3. Research social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
4. Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
5. Optimize content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
3. Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and social media analytics.
4. Proficient in Canva and CapCut.
5. Creative, communicative, and up to date with digital trends.
6. Familiarity with the financial industry, particularly the stock market and capital markets, is a strong advantage.
7. Portfolio of previous work is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Brand awareness: reach, impressions, and share of voice.
2. Follower growth across social media platforms.
3. Engagement rate, shares, saves, and comments.
4. Content performance and video retention.
5. Link clicks, website traffic, and qualified leads.
