Artacreative Studio is expanding its social media management services for brands. We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who is creative, proactive, and confident in working with brands.
This role involves managing social media accounts, developing content strategies, and creating engaging content for our clients. It also includes client acquisition and business development, with a focus on bringing new clients to the studio.
We are looking for someone who combines creative thinking with strong communication skills and a drive to achieve results.
Responsibilities
- Develop social media content plans and calendars for client brands.
- Create content ideas, captions, and visual concepts.
- Design and prepare social media content.
- Manage content scheduling, publishing, and account activity.
- Monitor audience engagement and social media performance.
- Prepare monthly reports and content evaluations.
- Coordinate with the studio photographer and creative team for content production.
- Identify and approach potential brand clients.
- Develop and maintain a list of potential clients and sales opportunities.
- Initiate conversations with brands through email, social media, and other channels.
- Present and pitch Artacreative Studio’s social media management services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Work toward monthly client acquisition targets.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in approaching and communicating with potential clients.
- Experience in social media management, sales, or digital marketing.
- Familiar with social media platforms and content creation.
- Able to create basic visual content using design's tools.
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and client acquisition goals.
