Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist who is strategic, creative, and performance-oriented. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our social media presence to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate understands both content strategy and performance metrics, and is capable of turning structured services into engaging and persuasive digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with IU Consulting’s business goals and campaigns.
- Create monthly content calendars, campaign roadmaps, and promotional plans.
- Identify and understand target audiences (investors, expatriates, business owners) and tailor messaging accordingly.
- Conduct competitor research and stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital strategies.
- Propose creative ideas for promotional, educational, and branding content.
2. Content Creation & Publishing
- Create engaging and high-quality content including captions, carousel posts, reels, short videos, and story formats.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Write persuasive captions that support lead generation and brand authority.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- Ensure all published content reflects compliance-sensitive topics accurately.
3. Community Management
- Monitor social media platforms daily (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Engage with followers to build a strong and credible online community.
- Identify potential leads and coordinate with the sales/admin team.
- Handle basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
4. Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (engagement rate, reach, conversion, lead generation).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Evaluate content effectiveness and optimize strategy based on data insights.
- Monitor the performance and ROI of both organic and paid campaigns.
- Provide recommendations for growth and performance improvement.
5. Campaign & Advertising Support
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
- Support promotional campaigns, service launches, and rebranding initiatives.
- Work closely with management to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
