A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking to hire a Social Media Specialist to manage social networks for top clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in producing engaging and creative social media across planning, strategy, and media.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Be responsible for creating social media campaigns and content; from observing trends and references, brainstorming, and planning to execution (including schedule and post).
Monitor and continuously improve social media analytics and provide reports and insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
Monitor and manage social media, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community.
Collaborate with other department teams to create and implement social media campaigns.
Stay current with social media trends and implement innovative strategies to drive growth and engagement.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
At least 1 year of experience in social media management.
A willingness to learn new skills and keeping up with the pace of digital innovation
Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
Strong analytical abilities to read, interpret, and utilize data and develop actionable points for optimization and/or experimentation.
Digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or any related major.
