Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
Minimum 2 years of experience in TikTok marketing, social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of TikTok, ByteDance, Meta platforms, social media trends, content planning, and digital marketing strategies.
Creative, analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Job Description

Develop TikTok strategies and content plans to increase audience engagement, brand awareness, traffic, and business growth.
Plan and manage organic content and promotional campaigns in line with marketing objectives.
Analyze content performance using relevant metrics and industry benchmarks to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor social media trends and audience behavior to develop relevant content strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns and strengthen brand communication across digital platforms.
