Requirements
- Proven experience in Instagram management and content creation.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or lifestyle industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in English, particularly in writing engaging captions, scripts, and other Instagram content.
- Able to independently handle the end-to-end content creation process, from concept development to final publication.
- Proficient in video editing and graphic design tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, carousel posts, content trends, and Instagram Insights.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to develop fresh content ideas.
- Strong communication skills, time management, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A portfolio of Instagram content or previous campaigns is preferred.
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end Instagram content creation, including content planning, ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, scheduling, and publishing.
- Develop creative Instagram content strategies aligned with brand identity, marketing objectives, and target audiences.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, carousel posts, and feed content to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Write compelling English captions, hooks, and content scripts that resonate with the target audience and reflect the brand's tone of voice.
- Stay updated on Instagram trends, content formats, and platform algorithms to develop relevant and engaging content.
- Monitor Instagram Insights and analyze content performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
- Manage audience interactions through comments and direct messages while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, product promotions, and other brand communication initiatives.
