Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of SEA Padel and Padelmba. This role focuses on content planning, audience engagement, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Social Media Management
- Manage SEA PADEL and PadelMBA social media accounts across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Handle end-to-end social media execution including content planning, scheduling, posting, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone of voice, messaging, and overall digital presence.
2. Content Planning & Strategy
- Develop monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with business objectives, campaigns, launches, events, and brand direction.
- Create and execute strategic content plans to strengthen audience engagement, brand awareness, and community growth.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, photographers, and content creators to ensure content quality and consistency.
3. Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign targeting, budgeting, ad creatives, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and audience growth.
- Analyze paid ads performance and continuously improve campaign effectiveness based on insights and data.
4. Community Management & Engagement
- Manage daily community engagement including comments, direct messages, customer inquiries, and audience interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the SEA PADEL and PadelMBA communities.
- Support initiatives to improve audience loyalty, engagement, and overall brand credibility.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor social media performance metrics including engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, conversions, and campaign results.
- Prepare regular reports with insights, recommendations, and action plans for optimization.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices.
6. Campaign & Brand Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to align social media activities with campaigns, partnerships, tournaments, events, and business initiatives.
- Support execution of marketing campaigns from planning to post-campaign analysis.
- Ensure social media supports the long-term positioning and growth of SEA PADEL and PadelMBA brands.
