Job Overview

This is a full-time WFO role for a Social Media Specialist located in Sunter, Jakarta. As our Social Media Specialist you will be working directly with our CEO & Founder, gaining direct mentorship and creative direction. This role is for a hands-on creator who can plan, produce, and scale viral, high-performing contents.

Job Descriptions:

Conceptualize and execute end-to-end content creation designed to go viral and increase brand awareness
Stay updated with the latest TikTok and social media trends, and creatively adapt/recreate them
Monitor and analyze social media performance to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
Proven track record of creating viral or high-engagement content on social media (please include portfolio or examples)
Creative, innovative, and up to date with the latest beauty trends
Expertise in TikTok and Instagram, with a solid understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices
