SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and managing social media content from ideation to publication, while working closely with the design team and other teams to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop content ideas, concepts, and social media plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation, scripting, production, and editing to publishing.
- Create engaging content for various formats, including Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories, and static posts.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and relevant topics to develop timely and engaging content.
- Write or develop captions, copy, and basic content scripts for social media.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency and quality.
- Work closely with other teams to translate their ideas, programs, and activities into engaging social media content.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, tone of voice, and visual communication across platforms.
- Review content performance and identify opportunities for improvement and content optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Communication Studies, Marketing, Management, or other relevant fields.
- Willing to relocate and work in Karawang.
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Figma, and/or other relevant design and editing tools.
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital communication.
- Has a good sense of visual composition, layout, typography, and branding.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication, initiative, time management, and attention to detail.
- Portfolio is highly preferred, including personal, academic, organizational, freelance, or other creative projects.
