Social Media Specialist

Job Description:

• Creating, editing and scheduling relevant content (text, images, videos) for brand’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia) to increase engagement and brand awareness
• Plan monthly content calendars according to monthly objective
• Monitor and manage social media channels, fostering community engagement, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining brand’s online reputation
• Research and reach out to KOLs that align with brand’s values for endorsments and maintain relationships
• Collaborate with KOL to design, product and distribute effective content
• Plan paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads)
• Monitor and analyze social media data regularly including reach, engagement, impression, likes, comments, profile visits, provide monthly reports and recommend more effective strategies
• Stay updated on social media trends and monitor competitor activity
• Host Live events on social media to increase audience and sales
• Assist during offline events like bazaars and campaign activations to enhance brand presence

Qualification:

• Based in Jakarta
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a related field, with strong social media skills, creativity and understanding of trends in personal care industry
• Computer literate and own personal laptop/desktop
• Basic skills in video and photo editing apps including Canva and CapCut
• Ability to generate new and creative ideas based on trends and latest algorithms
• Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
• Creative ideas with excellent communication and organizational skills
