Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain multiple social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and monitor social media content to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and coordinate with creative/content teams.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Manage advertising campaigns and optimize campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports on social media and campaign performance.
- Engage with audiences and maintain positive brand communication.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proven experience handling marketing budgets of at least IDR 1 billion.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
- Experience in related industries such as healthcare, dental, beauty, aesthetic, or lifestyle industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and paid advertising.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- English proficiency is preferred.
