KAHI Social Media Specialist (Beauty)
Level : Associate
Years of working tenure : Minimum 1-2 years of related experience.
Full English proficiency is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, edit and publish daily short-form content for Instagram and TikTok against an agreed monthly content calendar, appearing on camera as the face of the brand
- Translate emerging beauty trends, viral formats and product USPs into fresh on-brand executions within 72 hours of identifying a priority trend
- Own community management across Instagram and TikTok — respond to comments and DMs within one working day, route purchase-intent enquiries to e-commerce, escalate complaints
- Produce teaser, cut-down and recap assets around live commerce sessions, turning live footage into short-form content within 24 hours
- Monitor content performance weekly, deliver a weekly recap and monthly summary, and feed insights back into the next content cycle
Requirements:
- Proficiency in key tools: CapCut (or Premiere Rush / VN), Canva, Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics, plus Google Sheets and Slides for reporting
- Mandatory portfolio of live IG/TikTok links showing self-shot, self-edited, on-camera work — beauty, skincare or personal care preferred
- Confident and natural on camera, with a strong visual sense for composition, lighting, colour and styling
- Genuine beauty enthusiast, fluent in current beauty trends and comfortable reading content analytics (reach, engagement, saves, watch-through, conversion)
- Working awareness of BPOM cosmetic claim restrictions — no unapproved efficacy or medical claims — and able to work on-site at the KAHI office and shoot locations
