Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to align with overall brand goals, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
- Create visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, X & Facebook).
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to promote product launches, events, collaborations, and other marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and social media developments to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing content and campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to social media communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- Have minimum 1+ years of experience in social media marketing (fresh graduate with internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Previous work experience in the fashion or beauty industry is a plus.
- Strong writing and communication skills with a keen eye for visual content.
- Capable of independently and collaboratively generating innovative ideas and creative content in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work from office (Menteng, Jakarta Pusat).
