Hang Tuah Basketball : Social Media Specialist

Hang Tuah Basketball is looking for a Social Media Specialist to take full ownership of our official channels, including Instagram. You will be across the team day to day, turning moments on and off the court into content that basketball fans love to follow.

What you will be doing:

Plan and run the content calendar for Instagram and our other official channels, built around the league schedule and sales campaigns

Cover team activity: games, training, and club events

Handle copywriting across marketing kits, digital ads, captions, and community engagement, and chat with the community

Track content performance and put together regular reports to sharpen the strategy

Brief and coordinate with the marketing and production teams

What we are after:

At least 2 years in social media with results you can point to, such as follower growth, engagement, ROAS, or reach

A portfolio or data that shows the impact of your past work

A solid feel for platform trends, content formats, and how to grow a sports audience

A genuine interest in basketball or sport more broadly is a real plus

Happy to work around the game schedule, weekends included
