Deskripsi pekerjaan Social Media Specialist PT LAURELTON GLOBAL VIRYA
Social Media Specialist
WFO - Gading Serpong
At Laurelton, we don’t just create activewear — we create products and experiences that help people move, feel, and live better.
Social media plays an important role in how we build the Laurelton brand, connect with our community, and turn attention into growth. We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who understands how to transform creative ideas into content that is visually strong, relevant, and commercially impactful.
If you naturally understand Instagram and TikTok, know what makes people stop scrolling, and enjoy turning trends and ideas into content that performs, this role might be for you.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the Branding & Marketing Lead to plan and execute Laurelton’s weekly social media content, primarily for Instagram and TikTok.
- Create and publish consistent daily content that showcases Laurelton’s products, brand identity, and lifestyle.
- Stay updated on social media trends, creators, viral formats, and emerging content styles — then adapt them into ideas that feel relevant to Laurelton.
- Ensure every piece of content maintains Laurelton’s visual standard, tone of voice, and overall brand positioning.
- Develop content from concept to execution, including ideation, shooting direction, editing, captioning, and uploading.
- Monitor weekly content performance and identify patterns behind what works and what doesn’t.
- Continuously propose new content ideas and improvements to increase engagement, traffic, and conversion.
What We’re Looking For
- Social-Savvy You have a strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, their algorithms, content formats, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling.
- High Visual Standard You have a strong eye for composition, styling, editing, and aesthetics. You understand what makes content feel premium and aligned with a brand.
- Creative & Strategic You don’t just follow trends — you understand why content works and know how to translate ideas into content that supports Laurelton’s objectives.
- Editing-Skilled You’re highly comfortable using CapCut, Photoshop, or similar photo and video editing tools.
- Independent & Organized You can take ownership of content from idea to final upload, manage deadlines, and consistently deliver without needing constant supervision.
- Performance-Oriented You think beyond likes and views. You care about engagement, traffic, conversion, and how content contributes to business growth.
At Laurelton, we value people who care deeply about their craft, pay attention to the details, and are always looking for ways to make things better.
If you want your creativity to have real impact — not just fill a content calendar — we’d love to hear from you.
