Social Media Specialist

We are currently on the lookout for a talented and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity, target market, and business goals.
• Create and curate engaging, high-quality content in professional English, tailored to our fashion-forward audience, including posts, stories, reels/videos, and campaigns.
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy within the fashion/retail industry.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media activities using metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach across all digital platforms.
• Engage with our online community in a manner that reflects our brand's voice and ethos, fostering positive interactions and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a focus on fashion/retail.
• Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce creative and error-free content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), best practices, and market trends, particularly in the fashion/retail sector.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for capturing the brand’s voice.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion Merchandising, or related field is preferred.
