# SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

### Job Description
We are looking for a *Social Media Specialist* to manage and develop JINNS social media content, primarily for *TikTok and Instagram*.
You will be responsible for the content process from *planning, production, publishing, monitoring, to performance evaluation*.
*Responsibilities:*
- Develop weekly and monthly social media content plans.
- Create content ideas and concepts based on brand objectives, audience, trends, and content performance.
- Produce short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Conduct product photo and video shoots for social media content.
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Write hooks, captions, CTA, and on-screen text.
- Manage daily content publishing on TikTok and Instagram.
- Conduct trend, competitor, and content reference research.
- Monitor social media performance including views, engagement, profile views, followers, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare simple weekly content performance reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate with E-commerce, Livestream, and Affiliate/KOL teams to support campaigns and product priorities.
- Maintain JINNS brand identity and content consistency across social media channels.
### Requirements
- Minimum *1 year experience* in Social Media, Content Creator, Content Specialist, or similar role.
- Familiar with *TikTok and Instagram* content and platform trends.
- Able to shoot product photos and videos independently.
- Able to edit short-form videos using *CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools*.
- Good basic copywriting skills for social media.
- Understand basic social media analytics and able to translate performance data into content improvements.
- Creative, proactive, and able to identify and solve problems independently.
- Able to work with content targets and content calendars.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work *on-site in Tangerang*.
- *Portfolio is required.*
### Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling *Jewelry, Fashion, Beauty, Accessories, or Lifestyle brands*.
- Experience creating product-focused TikTok/Reels content.
- Basic knowledge of product photography, lighting, composition, and visual styling is a plus.
*Note:* This position does *not require the candidate to become an on-camera talent/host*. The main focus is content planning, production, execution, social media management, and performance analysis.
