Social Media Specialist

SVO Surabaya is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Specialist to help grow our branding on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and increasing audience engagement to attract new talents and strengthen our online presence.

Responsibilities :

1. Manage SVO Surabaya social media accounts
2. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
3. Develop branding direction and content strategies
4. Monitor engagement and audience growth
5. Stay updated with social media trends and insights
6. Collaborate with internal teams for content needs
   
   

Requirements :

1. Experienced in social media management and content creation
2. Understand Instagram, TikTok trends, and LinkedIn branding
3. Creative, proactive, and organized
4. Able to work independently and in a team
5. Basic photo/video editing skills are a plus
6. Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is preferred
