The Social Media Specialist is responsible for executing the content strategy locally and sourcing for new content and works closely with team members to align planning, execution, and analytics for content marketing.
Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types. You’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and increase conversion.
Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Manage social media handles including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter and YouTube on a daily basis.
• Appear on the video as a reporter / MC / host
• Prepare and video script write-up,
• Recording video voice over
• Communicate with marketing and design team to plan and develop content, style, layout and artworks following brands’ guidelines for social media channels.
• Advanced digital production skills including copy editing, headline writing and story packaging. Image, video and audio editing skills will be an advantage, as will graphic design skills
• Degree holder, preferably major in Creative Media, Digital Marketing or related discipline
• Strong communication skills, creative and self-motivated, able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to articulate conceptual thinking, verbally or visually.
• Attention to details with an emphasis on consistency and accuracy
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Basic knowledge of editing tools and software will be an advantage.
• 2-3 years in social media management experience is preferred
• Investment and trading industries is preferred
