What You'll Do :
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including captions, visuals, short videos, and campaign materials.
- Actively manage and produce B2B-focused content strategies, particularly for professional audiences on platforms such as LinkedIn, including company branding, lead generation, industry insights, and client engagement.
- Handle social media content tailored for business-to-business communication, ensuring messaging aligns with corporate branding, target industries, and business objectives.
- Manage daily social media activities, including responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep content relevant and competitive.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, growth, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.
What We Need :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Actively working in social media, digital marketing, or related fields with proven achievements in growing audience engagement, increasing brand awareness, or delivering successful campaign results.
- Experience handling B2B social media content, corporate communications, or professional brand positioning is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Skilled in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with social media analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, or similar.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
