The Social Media Specialist Vortex will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving audience engagement. This role requires a creative individual with a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and data analytics to make informed decisions. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Education and Technology industries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance metrics using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize content and campaigns for better engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices.
