Job Description :
- Develop and execute social media strategies across all Smoking Barrels Group brands to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Create, manage, and evaluate monthly content plans for multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goal
- Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align social media campaigns with promotions, events, and product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and industry developments to ensure innovative and effective content strategies.
- Handle audience interactions, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain a positive brand image.
Qualification :
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.
- Ability to multitask and manage content plans for multiple brands effectively.
- Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional creative thinking skills and a keen sense of aesthetics to produce brand-consistent content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and engage with online audiences.
- Based in South Jakarta and available to work on-site.
