Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

- Develop engaging and visually appealing contents, videos & short videos for various social

media platforms, including Instagram, and Tiktok.

- Curate user-generated content and collaborate with influencers to showcase our products (brief of products & selling points) and foster brand advocacy.

- Plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

- Provide regular reports and insights (trends and contents) to guide future strategies and optimizations.

- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule aligned with marketing goals and product launches.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication , Business, Management, or related field

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in social media management (Tiktok & Instagram), preferably in baby product

- Strong understanding of baby product trends and consumer behavior

- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.

- Fluent in English, both oral & written

- In-depth knowledge of social media platform, tools, and analytics

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
