Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a related role.
- Proficient in Canva and CapCut.
- Skilled in photography and videography using iPhone.
- In-depth understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Threads strategies.
- Up-to-date with social media trends, especially short-form video content.
- Strong copywriting skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
Job Description
- Create and manage a Social Media Master Plan (Content Calendar & Editorial Plan) aligned with the strategy, business objectives, and content pillars of each brand.
- Responsible for end-to-end management of all client social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and other relevant platforms.
- Understand growth strategies and content optimization on Instagram, TikTok, and Threads, including analyzing content performance and developing data-driven strategies.
- Proficient in TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, and other analytics tools to evaluate content performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations for each client.
- Handle content planning, content shooting using iPhone, editing, copywriting, scheduling, and posting.
- Proficient in using Canva for daily content design needs and CapCut for short-form video editing.
- Develop content ideas relevant to current trends, target audiences, and brand objectives.
- Create activation campaigns, social media campaigns, and engagement ideas tailored to client needs.
- Ensure all projects and content are delivered on time, meeting defined KPIs and targets.
- Manage and archive all content assets and project files in an organized and systematic manner.
- Write articles, captions, and copywriting according to client requirements.
- Willing to appear as on-screen talent for beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and social media content when needed.
