ENSO Hospitality Collection is looking for a hands-on Social Media Specialist to help tell the story of our villas, hotel, and guest experiences. You will create content that reflects ENSO’s calm, playful character and helps potential guests discover what a stay here feels like.
*Responsibilities*
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for Instagram and TikTok.
- Shoot and edit short videos and photos on property; create Reels, posts, and Stories.
- Write engaging captions with clear calls to action.
- Showcase the villas, rooms, dining, wellness experiences, and people behind ENSO.
- Monitor comments and DMs, respond to general questions, and pass booking inquiries to the reservations or sales team.
- Assist with Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads campaigns, including audience selection, creative preparation, basic monitoring, and reporting.
- Review organic and paid content performance and suggest improvements each month.
*Requirements*
- Comfortable using Instagram and TikTok for a business account.
- Able to shoot usable content with a phone and edit basic short-form videos using tools such as CapCut or Canva.
- Basic understanding of how Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads work, including campaign objectives, targeting, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Good visual judgment and basic English writing skills.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable creating content on site.
- A portfolio or examples of content you have created, including personal projects, are welcome.
Hospitality experience, photography skills, and hands-on experience managing paid campaigns are advantages, but are not required.
*How success will be measured*
- A planned and published calendar of 4–5 main content pieces per week, including approximately 3 Reels.
- Consistent Stories and accurate, on-brand information across posts.
- Monthly reporting on reach, engagement, profile visits, link or WhatsApp clicks, and inquiries generated from social media.
- Basic reporting on paid campaigns, including spend, traffic, and relevant inquiries.
- Clear handover of booking inquiries to the team.
