Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement for Sagedemy & other clients.
- Posting, manage and optimize social media accounts across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, Threads, etc.).
- Create EP and schedule engaging content, including captions, visuals, and short-form videos, aligned with Sagedemy branding and our standards.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance; prepare reports and actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with creative team to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging social media trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a creative or PR agency.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Skilled in creating engaging and brand-consistent content, including copywriting and coordinating visuals.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Up-to-date with current trends in social media, influencer marketing, and brand positioning.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
