Responsible for executing the Foundation’s social media strategy, growing online communities, increasing engagement, and driving traffic to the Foundation website.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Management:
1. Instagram
2. Facebook
3. TikTok
4. LinkedIn
5. Threads
6. YouTube
Content Publishing:
1. Schedule content.
2. Publish content.
3. Write captions.
4. Hashtag research.
5. Platform optimization.
Community Management:
1. Respond to comments.
2. Respond to inbox.
3. Engage with audience.
4. Build online community.
Performance Analytics:
1. Monthly reports.
2. Monitor KPIs.
3. Analyze trends.
4. Recommend improvements.
Campaign Support:
Support all campaigns including:
• Fundraising
• CSR
• PKBM
• Sponsorship
• Volunteer Recruitment
• Event Promotion
Website Support:
1. Drive traffic to website.
2. Promote donation pages.
3. Promote sponsor pages.
4. Support campaign landing pages.
Design Support:
1. Create simple social media graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
2. Adapt creative assets into various social media formats.
3. Create simple promotional materials, announcements, carousel posts, and campaign visuals.
4. Ensure visual consistency across all social media platforms.
5. Collaborate with the Brand & Development Lead and Content Creator to maintain brand identity.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience managing social media accounts for organizations, brand or NGOs.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite.
• Google Analytics is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and Canva or similar
• Basic graphic design skills with good visual aesthetics.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.
• Experience in creating engaging visual content for social media.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization is an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.
