Job Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role (agency, brand, or freelance).
- Proven track record in developing and executing end-to-end social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Creative thinker with strong trend research skills and a deep understanding of platform algorithms.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in both Indonesian and English to write engaging, conversion-driven captions.
- Hands-on experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator) and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro) to produce short-form content.
- Strong communication, time-management, and project management skills to handle remote deliverables and deadlines independently.
- Portfolio featuring successful social media campaigns, visual content, or growth case studies is required.
Job Description
- Plan, strategize, and execute high-performing content strategy across all social media channels based on brand goals.
- Conduct continuous trend, competitor, and market research to generate relevant and viral content ideas.
- Develop and maintain a structured content calendar for consistent publishing schedules.
- Write compelling copy and captions tailored to the brand tone and target audience.
- Design basic graphics and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) to support organic and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor performance analytics, evaluate KPIs, and deliver detailed weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage community interaction (replying to DMs and comments) to maintain brand engagement and foster community growth.
