- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a social media specialist, social media manager, or similar role.

- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to schedule posts, track metrics, and generate reports.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, YT Ads,).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic knowledge of photo and video editing software.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and derive actionable insights for performance optimization.
