Job Description:
- Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies and content plans for clients based on their brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts.
- Create and manage monthly/weekly content calendars, including content themes, topics, formats, and publishing schedules.
- Produce end-to-end social media content, including developing creative concepts, writing captions and copy, creating short-form videos, taking photos/videos, and coordinating with designers or other creative teams when required.
- Monitor and manage social media interactions, including comments, direct messages, and audience engagement.
- Create engaging content such as Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, carousels, and other social media formats according to each client's needs.
- Write compelling captions, copy, scripts, and content hooks that align with the brand's tone of voice.
- Conduct research on social media trends, audience behavior, competitors, and relevant industry topics to develop engaging and relevant content.
- Monitor and manage social media performance and interactions, including comments, direct messages, and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and analyze key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, views, follower growth, and other relevant KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Officer, Content Creator, or similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant portfolios are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, creative, up-to-date with social media trends, good communication.
- Experienced in developing social media strategies and content plans.
- Able to produce content independently, particularly short-form video contents.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content to different brand voices.
- Familiar with social media analytics and able to interpret performance data to develop actionable insights.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or creating on-camera content is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible for managing tasks from planning to execution.
- Portfolio of social media work/content is required.
