Social Media Specialist
We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Specialist who can create high-performing content and help grow our brand across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content strategies.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Write engaging captions and compelling copy for social media campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and others.
- Plan, script, and coordinate content production.
- Appear as on-camera talent for video content when required.
- Produce engaging video content tailored to different objectives, including brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion.
- Monitor content performance and provide regular reports and insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Proven track record of creating high-performing content that achieves strong organic reach, engagement, FYP placement, and measurable business results.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying trends, crafting viral content concepts, and producing videos that consistently generate above-average performance across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video platforms.
Qualifications
- Male/Female, aged 20–35 years old.
- Minimum education: High School/Vocational School graduate (Diploma/Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or a related role.
- Confident and comfortable appearing as on-camera talent for social media content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media algorithms.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Proficient in content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar software
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience working in a marketing, creative, or social media agency is a strong advantage.
