Social Media Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Create content briefs and manage content timelines for Teman Startup’s social media platforms.
2. Develop content ideas and planning aligned with current trends and social media directions.
3. Create and edit engaging content, including photo posts, carousel content, and short form videos.
4. Monitor current trends, news, and digital culture to produce relevant and engaging content.
5. Manage daily social media uploads and ensure content is published according to schedule.
6. Analyze content performance and social media insights, including preparing monthly reports and evaluations to support account growth and engagement improvement.
7. Attend external events and activities involving Teman Startup for content coverage, documentation, and real time updates.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Familiar with basic design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar applications.
2. Able to create engaging social media content in both photo and video formats.
3. Up to date with social media trends, current issues, and digital culture.
4. Able to analyze social media insights and identify content performance trends.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
7. Comfortable with on-ground event coverage and real-time content updates.
8. Willing to attend on site events when required.
