Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand voice to enhance visibility and engagement.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to design and produce high-quality posts, images, videos, and other social media content for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
Community Management: Manage daily interactions with followers, respond to inquiries, and engage in conversations to build a positive community around the brand.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand and aligned with current marketing objectives.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports on social media activity to measure the effectiveness of strategies.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and apply them to improve engagement and visibility.
Collaborate with Influencers: Work with influencers and content creators in the beauty and skincare industry to expand the brand’s reach and credibility.
Brand Advocacy: Ensure consistent and positive representation of PT. Meishang Kosmetik Indonesia on all social media platforms.
Customer Insight: Gather feedback from customers and followers to inform product development, marketing strategies, and content creation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, ideally in the cosmetics and skincare industry.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proficient in social media management tools。
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and visually-oriented, with an eye for design and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Knowledge of the beauty and skincare market is a plus.
