Deskripsi pekerjaan Social Media Specialist Mollinic Shoes
- Establish initial framework and SOP for social media team.
- Create creative contents on all digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc).
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategy.
- Handle promotional activities, ads and KOL endorsements.
- Conduct online audience research to develop content strategy.
- Analyze data and provide insights & creative recommendation to achieve KPI.
- Manage social media and marketplaces and engage with customers.
- Maximum 29 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Proven working experience as a Social Media Specialist or a relevant role for at least 2 years in fashion retail industry, particularly DNVBs.
- Prior successful experience on growing a fashion start-up's social media is an advantage.
- Analytical, creative, innovative and anti-mainstream.
- Great visual sense and always updated on the latest trends in the market.
- Proficient in Copywriting, Digital Marketing and Analytics.
- Excellent oral and written communication skill both in English & Indonesian.
- Able to work under pressure, good time management and capable of multi-tasking.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Photography are a big plus.
