Social Media Specialist

Placement: Head Office TRM Hospitality, Buluh Indah, Denpasar

Requirements:

-Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Officer, or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, resort, villa, or tourism industry.

- Experienced in managing social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

- Able to develop engaging content plans, monthly content calendars, and social media strategies.

- Skilled in copywriting, caption writing, and creating engaging content tailored to each brand's identity.

- Familiar with social media analytics, performance reporting, audience engagement, and content optimization.

- Knowledge of current social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and platform algorithms.

- Able to coordinate with the content creation and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.

- Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively with different teams.

- Willing to work at the TRM Hospitality Head Office in Denpasar, Bali.
