About the role
PT. Milenial Solusi Internusa is seeking a talented Social Media Spesialist to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. This is a full-time position based in South Tangerang, Banten. As a Konten Spesialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our digital content strategy, ensuring our brand message resonates with our target audience across multiple digital platforms. This role is essential to driving engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition through compelling and strategically crafted content.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, create, and manage high-quality content across digital channels including social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and website copy
- Conduct research to understand audience demographics, preferences, and behaviour to inform content strategy
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic reach
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication across all digital platforms
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community management
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing best practices
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce multimedia content
- Support the development of brand voice and messaging guidelines
What we're looking for
- Proven experience of 2-4 years working as a content creator, content marketer, or similar digital marketing role
- Strong writing and editing skills with excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS)
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, or similar platforms
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging, original content ideas
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices in the Southeast Asian market
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Preferred: Experience with graphic design tools, video editing software, or content scheduling platforms
- Preferred: Background in digital & search marketing, e-commerce, or technology sectors
